Top Navigation Bar Not Showing:(IE)

This problem is caused by the security settings on your browser.

1. select Tools > Internet Options from the menu bar at the top.

2. Click on the "Advanced" tab at the top of the window that opens.

3. Scroll down to almost the bottom of the list and select "Do not save  encrypted pages to disk."

4. Click on Apply
