Online Services

How do I register for online services as an existing advisor or client?

If you are an existing client or advisor of Cadiz, we have your details on record. Access the registration page. If you are a South African citizen, enter your South African Identity number and if you are a non-South African citizen enter your Passport number. We will acknowledge you as a user and verify the details we have on record for you. Once this is complete, you will receive a password via email or sms from us. You will then be able to log on to the secure online services using your ID number as username and your new password.

How do I register for online services if I am not an existing Cadiz client?

You will not be able to register for online services immediately if you are not a Cadiz client. Access the registration page. You will be prompted to leave your contact details with us. A marketing consultant will contact you with the name of a financial advisor. Once you invest in a product, you will be able to register for online services.

How do I register for online services if I am not an existing Cadiz financial advisor?

You will not be able to register for online services immediately if you are not a Cadiz financial advisor. Access the registration page. You will be prompted to leave your contact details with us. You will be contacted by a marketing consultant.

What services will I receive by registering online?

The Cadiz Online Service provides the user with:

  • Secure access to valuations
  • Valuations and product performance - current and historic valuations, graphs and product performance for products
  • Reports of commissions, assets under management and other reports
  • Client and Advisor Management
  • Viewing and changing details online
  • Latest market news and information
  • All product related information and documents
  • Online accreditation for products

Product Options

How do I view all products Cadiz has released?

Click on Product options on the top menu bar. You will then reach a grid showing all products released by Cadiz to date. You will first see all products open for investment and a brief description thereof. You will also be able to choose the closed products tab to see a list of all the closed products.

How do I view a brief overview of each product?

You will find a brief overview of the main features of the product on the product pages. The product pages can be accessed in two ways from the product options section:

  • When in the product table, click on the individual product name and you will access an overview of the product.
  • Find the product under open/closed products in the side panel and click on this.

How do I view product performance?

This can be accessed in two ways from the product options section:

  • Click on the open/closed products tab in the product table and click on the product performance link.
  • Click on Performance in the side panel and then select the product you are interested in.

Forms and Documents

How do I view documents applicable to products?

Click on the Documents option on the top menu bar. A grid showing all documents and their relation to products listed will appear. You can then click on the link in the grid to access the document you require.

What is the procedure with broker contracts?

The broker contract is accessed in the side panel on the Documents page. You will be prompted to download the document. Once you have filled in the broker contract, complete with your contact details, fax it back to Cadiz. You will then be contacted by a marketing consultant.

How do I access quotes?

The quotes can be accessed as follows: Click on Broker Quote in the document grid. Fill in all details as prompted. You can then print this out or email to recipient.

What is the procedure with application forms?

The application forms can be accessed as follows: Click on Application Form in the document grid. Download the document and print out. Fill in the details and fax back to Cadiz. Ensure that all additional documentation that is required is also supplied.

How do I access the marketing material for products?

The marketing material can be accessed as follows:

  • Click on Marketing Document in the document grid and download.
  • Marketing material for open products can also be accessed via the Product options section on the top menu bar. Click on Marketing Document in the open product table and download.

Accreditation

How do I access accreditation?

Accreditation can be accessed in the following ways:

  • Click on the Documents option on the top menu bar. Click on Accreditation for the open or closed product required in the document grid and continue with process.
  • Click on the Accreditation option in the side panel. Choose a product from the list of open products and continue with process.
  • Click on the Accreditation shortcut button on the home page of the Retail website. Choose a product from the list of open products and continue with process.

What do I do to get accredited for a product?

The accreditation process is all online and it entails answering a series of multiple choice questions per product. You are successful when you achieve a 75% pass mark. If not, the test will have to be redone. On passing the accreditation for your first Cadiz product, you will receive a plaque and each time thereafter, you will receive a certificate.

Can I do an accreditation if I am not currently a Cadiz broker?

If you are not a Cadiz broker, you can become accredited for a product. On accessing accreditation, enter your Identity number. You will be required to leave your details on the website. You then proceed to the accreditation exam page. On successful completion of the exam, you will be contacted by a marketing consultant.

What is the accreditation process if I am a Cadiz broker but not registered online?

When accessing the accreditation page, you will be prompted to enter your Identity number. If you are not registered online, we will notify you of this. On completion of the accreditation exam, you have the option of registering for Cadiz Investment Products online services.

What is the accreditation process if I am a Cadiz broker and registered for online services?

When accessing the accreditation page you will be prompted to enter your Identity number. You can then complete the accreditation in the secure advisor site.
